Hi, I'm Fran, a dedicated dog lover and certified trainer.  My journey started with a successful dog grooming business, which ignited my passion for canine behaviour. I use positive, reward-based methods and prioritise ongoing professional development to ensure I uphold high industry welfare standards.

Hi, I'm Andy, the dog walking element of Fran's Best Friend. My background is mostly in the military, so I love the outdoors, rain or shine. I am an experienced dog owner with 2 furry friends of my own, so I understand how important your dog is to you. I also have experience in the dog training sector, as Fran's right-hand man. I regularly assist Fran with behavioural cases, giving me an in depth understanding of dog behaviour and handling skills to manage dogs safely.
