Fran is FAB! Naively me and my partner thought we could train our two reactive rescues ourselves until we concluded we needed some support. We found Fran and she gave us an understanding of how and why our dogs reacted the way they did paired with great advice on how to support them. Our two -year old rescue has several issues. Fran could not have been more patient, knowledgeable and committed to helping both us and Tilly. Fran was always well prepared for each session and there was logical progression between each session. We now have the tools to continue Tilly's training and are more confident of eventual success.

Fran is fantastic with our Fox Red Labrador puppy. She's just started in the next class following completing her puppy training. She's just entered a secondary fear stage. Fran recognised this and suggested what we could do to support her through this. We also got a written run down emailed to us after class, which was very useful for our energy ball!
